In Case of an Emergency 

We're happy to see your pet during our regular business hours, and try to make room for anyone who needs to be seen urgently.  There are a great many emergencies we can handle here, and we can stabilize your pet for transfer if more specialized care is needed.  However, we are not on the premises 24/7, and after hours we don't have our invaluable support staff to assist us, so even if it's our own pets who are ill, this is where we take them after hours! 

We recommend you call ahead, so that they may advise you how to make sure your pet arrives as safely as possible, and so that they can start getting ready for your arrival.
